What We Do

Trauma Counselling & Complex PTSD

Support for adults living with the lasting effects of childhood trauma, family violence, or other complex life experiences. We work gently and collaboratively to help you regain safety, connection, and a sense of self.
Common issues include emotional dysregulation, flashbacks, numbness, or shutdown.

Counselling for
Anxiety & Self Worth

Supporting adults dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, and feelings of not being enough. Often these struggles have roots in early experiences, attachment wounds, or ongoing stress. Together, we’ll explore what’s underlying these feelings and build tools to strengthen your sense of safety and confidence.

Counselling for Redress & Victim Services Clients

Specialised support for people who have received a Redress outcome, or are accessing counselling through a victims of crime scheme. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or a clear goal to begin. This space is yours to be heard, safely and without judgment.
Sessions can explore grief, shame, identity, trust, or what healing looks like after harm.

Trauma Counselling for Addiction and Substance Use

Many turn to substances or compulsive behaviours as a way to cope with trauma, emotional pain, or overwhelming stress. This specialised counselling supports adults in understanding these patterns, uncovering their roots, and developing healthier ways to manage distress and rebuild safety.

NDIS Counselling

NDIS counselling provides tailored therapeutic support for individuals with disabilities, focusing on emotional well-being, life skills, and personal growth. Using a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, we work together to address challenges, build resilience, and enhance coping strategies, empowering you to navigate daily life and achieve your goals in a supportive and safe environment.

Counselling for Adult Survivors of Sexual Abuse

Surviving sexual abuse can leave deep emotional imprints — not just flashbacks or anxiety, but shame, self-blame, disconnection, and the quiet belief that you're not enough. This counselling supports you to gently untangle those responses, reconnect with yourself, and begin healing in a way that feels safe and empowering.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work, the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and recognise their enduring connection to this land, its waters, and culture.

We honour the strength, wisdom, and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and acknowledge the profound and lasting impacts of colonisation, including generational trauma and the devastation caused by policies of dispossession, forced removal, and systemic injustice.

In this space, we also acknowledge the deep scars left by childhood sexual abuse and other forms of trauma within First Nations communities, compounded by historical and intergenerational pain. We commit to listening, learning, and working alongside First Nations peoples to foster healing, respect, and meaningful reconciliation.

May this acknowledgement remind us of our shared responsibility to nurture a future of justice, equity, and hope.
